While Cyberpunk 2077’s Gangs of Night City trailer was mostly hype, some things in the trailer are true. Pacifica, which is home to the Voodoo Boys and The Animals, is a lawless part of Night City. Cyberpunk 2077 quickhacks|https://cyberpunk2077pedia.com/ 2077 's teleporting police doesn’t patrol that area, allowing players to freely run amuck without any real consequences, other than getting into it with the gangs if caught in the crossfire. In the trailer, Judy also says, “ Everyone in this city lives in their own bubble .” For Cyberpunk 2077's gangs, this is unfortunately accur
'Anti-consumer' is a phrase used a lot in gaming, and not always accurately. It's not anti-consumer that Nintendo doesn't support Smash Melee tournaments, for example, and while locking story content behind DLC is awfully money grubbing, I'm not sure it's technically 'anti-consumer'. Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 undoubtedly is, however. It's a PS4 game being sold on PS4 while the PS4 makers tell you not to play it on the PS4. I know we're all bored of talking about Cyberpunk 2077 by now, but this seems to be sneaking under the radar. It's disgraceful that our industry allows it, and it's a worrying sign of the growing divide between the players and the suits out to make a quick b
The only problem is that some junk sells for a lot of Eddies, and there’s no way to enable or disable this perk without spending 100,000 Eddies on a Tabula E-Rasa. And, apparently, players are reporting that this Perk has a habit of scrapping Quest Items that fit into the junk category, which, if true, is just so abs
Fixers in Cyberpunk 2077 are meant to be the middlemen between a client and a merc, with their loyalty being only towards eddies. However, there are some plotholes in Cyberpunk 2077 that involve fixers associated with specific gangs. For some reason, some fixers sabotage their own gangs by hiring V to do something that hurts them. Wakako Okada, the fixer for Westbrook, is known for being a part of the Tyger Claws gang via her five dead husbands, who were all high-ranking members of the Tyger Claws. However, nearly every gig given to V by Wakako involves meddling in Tyger Claws affa
As you struggle to save yourself and dive deeper into the city's troubles, though, tons of corruption comes to life. You are forced to confront a bleak future and deal with constantly losing those around you.
The Outer Worlds is a quirky game made by Obsidian with a lot of comedy. Under the jokes and sharp dialogue, though, is a sad world on the brink of falling apart. As the “hero” of the story, you must choose how you want to deal with the dark problems plaguing the galaxy you now call home.
The world of RPGs is incredibly varied – especially when it comes to the ones made by western developers. Many western titles are a breath of fresh air for players who want a break from grindy JRPGs as Western RPGs often focus on unique settings.
Here’s the thing about Tune-up: if players could craft multiple items at once, or if the exchange rate between component tiers wasn’t so awful, this Perk would be a must-have. Unfortunately, neither of those things are true, meaning Tune-Up cannot be worth the time investme
Guild Wars 2 , like Final Fantasy 14, has plenty of races to choose from and that partly decides what hairstyles you get to pick from as well. Unlike Final Fantasy 14 though, the game has more BIPOC hairstyles and on top of that . . . some pretty fabulous beards for the
This next one is by far Cyberpunk 2077's best Perk for quality-of-life improvements . By default, if V disassembles a gun with mods on, those mods get destroyed along with the gun, and there’s no way for them to take these mods off. Sure, V can craft them, but, with Waste Not Want Not, V gets those mods b
Cutting Edge might seem like a minimal buff, but read closer. Not only does this Perk improve the base damage of crafted weapons by 5%, but it also increases all damage-related stats by 5%, which affects more than you might thi
This is largely due to the Perks this tree offers, a good number of which are absolutely crucial for players trying to make the most out of crafting. So, let's take a look at which perks are needed and which are
The facts are very simple - this is a PS4 game we’re being told not to play on the PS4. Scratch that, it’s a triple-A PS4 game with a huge hype cycle and massive marketing campaign that we’re being told not to play on PS4. You can still buy it, of course. I don’t know if the PS Store can detect the difference between a PS4 and a PS4 Pro, but putting out a tweet essentially saying “you can buy this, but don’t,” is horrifically anti-consumer. There are definitely players who are going to buy this on their regular PS4s - PS5s are notoriously hard to get and for literally every other game, the standard PS4 works. I know, I had the base version of the console last gen and had zero issues with its performance aside from it running a little loud. These players will be buying it because if they want to play Cyberpunk 2077, they have no other options, and they might not have even seen the tweet telling them not to. It’s reasonable for a player to assume that if a game is available to buy on the PS4, it will work on the PS4. We should be outraged that CDPR and Sony are selling these folk an unplayable experie
