The scariest part of Big Boo's Haunt is when players approach the seemingly normal piano on the first floor, only for it to spring to life and try eat Mario with its sharp fangs, resulting in one of the only jump scares in Super Mario series history. Now that a fan game lets fans play Super Mario 64 in co-op , though, perhaps Big Boo's Haunt won't seem quite as sc
(Image: https://burf.co/services.php)Capcom had a presence at E3, most notably revealing Monster Hunter World , but one of the company's biggest franchises, Resident Evil , wasn't given any love at the show. Capcom didn't pull the curtain back on Resident Evil 7 's Not A Hero DLC as some expected, and it also failed to unveil the Resident Evil 2 remake, a game that fans have been waiting to see for years now. The Resident Evil 2 remake has been in the works for a couple of years, so a trailer or something official seems like it could come any day, even though it skipped E3 this y
Fable: The Journey represents Microsoft 's latest - and likely final - attempt to prove that Kinect , in its current incarnation, is a viable control interface for more than just dance simulators and mini-game collections. Developed by Lionhead Studios , with the now departed Peter Molyneux serving as Creative Consultant, The Journey puts players on a guided, first-person tour of Albion which, thanks to the power of Unreal Engine, has never looked better. But does the game play as good as it looks? Read on for our full review of Fable: via www.adventuretrailhub.com The Journ
It's not all bad. The Journey is frequently lovely to behold, and the scale of its world is impressively vast. Traveling along with Theresa as Albion unfolds in front of you is quietly awesome, and the disparate regions all manage to convey a tangible sense of place - too bad they can't be freely explored (there are occasional branches in the road, but they have little real bearing on the path players take through the wo
To be fair, we were warned ahead of time that Death Stranding wouldn't be at E3 2017. Even so, Hideo Kojima's reputation for tricking fans meant that there was still a slim possibility the game would make a surprise appearance during Sony's E3 press conference. Unfortunately, Death Stranding was nowhere to be seen at the show, meaning fans are still largely in the dark about its gameplay features, story, and whether or not there is any truth to the Emma Stone casting rumo
Scary moments in non-horror games can sometimes be even scarier than horror games themselves, as they are often unexpected or stand at odds with the tone of the rest of the game. As a result, these scary moments tend to linger with the player long after the game is over, even if the rest of the experience wasn't sc

Super Mario 64 is a game full of bright colors and family-friendly platforming action, which makes the inclusion of the Big Boo's Haunt level rather jarring. Set in a haunted mansion, the level creates a creepy atmosphere with its dark, depressing visuals and the unsettling cackling of ghosts from off-scr
The daunting task of giving them classic they wanted was left up to Peter Molyneux and his team, and the task may have not have seemed that difficult for them. The original Fable presented an amazing amount of detail to the world, but it simply seemed to fall short on a few key areas. All they had to do this time around was expand on the good and improve on these problems and they would have a game etched into the upper echelon of the new generation.
While gaming's biggest scares can be found in established horror franchises like Resident Evil and Silent Hill , there are plenty of non-horror games with moments that will send chills down players' spines. Sometimes these games have some horror undertones to begin with, and other times they are games that are actually made with children in m

The roads of Albion are littered with glowing Experience Orbs which can be used to power up Gabriel's magical abilities. Green orbs can be picked up at any speed, blue orbs must be picked up when Seren is moving slowly, and Red Orbs require her to be at a full gallop. It's hard enough to get Seren to travel in a straight line, much less carefully navigate the road to collect orbs. There are also obstacles to avoid and rough patches of road that must (initially) be traversed slowly lest Seren get hurt, making the whole enterprise that much more frustrating. Driving the horse and buggy is The Journey's first and biggest fail
