Whenever Fable 4 is planning to hit shelves, Xbox needs to highlight that it's coming out the gate strong and delivering what the fans want. It needs to show it has the system selling names, the exclusives, and the groundbreaking ideas to hang alongside the likes of Sony and stake itself a bigger claim in the generation to come. Microsoft has already shown that the Series X has groundbreaking technology and its marketing thus far has been wonderfully open and honest. Microsoft's premiere RPG franchise is Fable , with the first three Fable games all launching to various degrees of success. But despite their popularity, Microsoft has squandered the IP in recent years, releasing misguided spin-offs instead of proper sequels. However, rumors indicate that the Fable franchise will soon be coming back in a big way on Xbox Series X. According to various reports, Fable 4 is in active development at Playground Games , with the game set to be a major return to form for the series. TimeSplitters is a light-hearted FPS title that revolves around time travel and the results that can have on the past, present, and future. While the story frequently makes jokes and pokes fun at itself, the gunplay is incredibly tight and hearkens back to an older generation of shooters in a good way. Superb multiplayer kept players engaged for hundreds of hours after the campaign was over, and the in-depth map editor made every multiplayer game different from the last. With the recent trend of remaking older classics, there is no reason TimeSplitters shouldn't get a reboot.

Conker's Bad Fur Day was a cult classic on the Nintendo 64, notable for pushing its M for Mature rating to the limit. The game was vulgar and violent, but also quite good, with a fun story and addicting multiplayer modes. Since then, Conker has largely been relegated to obscurity, getting a graphical update on the original Xbox and being featured in episodic format for the canceled Project Spark .
