Kongou - This weapon is incredibly powerful mostly just because it allows players to use all of their special abilities without having to pick up the required cybernetic upgrades first. The Kongou is a Power weapon, but usually, to make a Power weapon work correctly the player needs the Power weapon Cybernetic. The Kongou lets players use it without that, which means that players who aren't specced to use Power weapons can still have a lot of fun with it. It also has significantly reduced recoil and increased rate of fire that effectively allows the player to use this as a small submachine gun. The only real downside is that it has reduced capacity, but it's a small price to pay for the positive aspects.
