-The most apparent is the team size reductionOverwatch 2 features 5v5 battles instead of 6v6, meaning both teams have one less tank in the fight. Opinions will varybut I think it’s obvious that this is a huge improvement. Half the number of tanks means half the number of shields, which means fights are more active and exciting. Instead of both teams poking at each other from behind cover until everyone fires off their ults, every match is constant back and forthGetting picks has a much greater impactso it’s easier to coordinate pushes with your team, even if you’re only communicating non-verbally. It’s a simpler, easier to follow spectator experience, which will help the Overwatch League reach a wider audience. Resizing the teams has an effect on every aspect of the game, and it’s been overwhelmingly posit+(Image: [[https://freestocks.org/fs/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/young_woman_talking_on_the_phone_outdoors-1024x683.jpg|https://freestocks.org/fs/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/young_woman_talking_on_the_phone_outdoors-1024x683.jpg]])While not a redhead in any other aspect but the gameTriss is a powerful sorceress who is never afraid to do what she needs to do to survive or save the Witcher from a difficult situationAny time the player is in troublethey can only hope to see the glimmer of bright red h

-Overwatch wasn’t failure. The servers didn’t need to go down. Blizzard has the cash availableIf they can pay their nightmare marshmallow CEO millions in salarystocks, and employee hush money , they can keep servers upThere’s no reason to insta-kill the original outside of shaking down fans.+
+I am not thrilled about the new monetization, and I think at the very least there needs to be more ways to earn Overwatch Coins. That being said, we all know how free-to-play games work. If Blizzard makes bunch of $20 skins, people will buy them. The hope is that Blizzard will reinvest that revenue back into the game so that we don’t have to replay Lucioball or Mei’s Snowball Offensive for the umpteenth timeWe’re going to get five or six heroes a year instead of two or three. We’re going to get new mapsnew game modes, and a whole new PvE story experienceOverwatch needs to change and grow all the time to keep people playingThe original wasn’t built to be that game, but hopefully Overwatch 2

-It’s the same corporate avarice that led us to Stadia , only Google was far more incompetent with how they sold it. Fortunately, Google has more money than there are gods in the heavens; they can (mostly) pay people back for the company’s mistake . But remember Stadia wasn’t a live game that just didn’t take off. It was an entire platform that didn’t take off. A platform that Google promised would stay online for the foreseeable futureAnd, like Blizzard, Google could also afford the servers. +
- +Blizzcon is scheduled for February 19-20 and an update on Overwatch 2 has been promised . I really hope Jeff Kaplan and company have some good news to sharebecause they're going to need to give lapsed fans like myself reason to consider coming b
-Just because sequel exists doesn’t mean I don’t want to play the original. When Warcraft 3 came out, I didn’t want Warcraft 2 erased from existence - even if Warcraft 3 had more content. When I play Smash Bros. Ultimate, I don’t wish Nintendo would break every copy of Smash Bros. Melee with their bare hands. Let me repeat that: even when a new game contains all or most of the content of a previous game, that doesn’t mean the previous game should have a bullet put in the back of its head. Especially if there are fundamental differences in the way games play out. Smash. Bros Ultimate may have the content of Melee, but the two feel different.+

-Toronto is also unique as a map because it introduces a brand-new game mode known as Push. It involves the team escorting a robot across the map, and the winning team is the one who manages to escort it to the opposition's+Still, it would at least make sense to allow for cross-play across the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch servers. This would open the doors for an even more vast pool of potential players, essentially ensuring you won't deal with ghost town lobbies. There is a likelihood Blizzard will ultimately implement this, but as of now, it'just a ru

-Fortunately, the hero gallery is still a breeze to navigate and has been updated with new portraits for each characterActual models are used this time around instead of stylised drawings, and Istill not entirely sure which of them I preferIm sure they’ll grow on me.+Part of me is curious to see where new modes and additions will appear when the first big seasonal update rolls around, or if Blizzard has something more experimental planned for a hero shooter that is relatively by-the-numbers right nowBut when it comes to the user interface experience, I gotta give this thing top marks.

+First up is the main menu, which is a real snazzy bit of presentation. The first thing you’ll notice is how much the colour scheme has changedwith many of the tones updated to feel more modern and grounded compared to the cartoonish first game. Therestill plenty of room for silliness, but the orchestral score is even more soaring and extravagant, doing its best to emphasise how this is a glorious return to form despite most of the game playing and looking the sameFirst impressions count though, and Overwatch 2 doesnt disappoint.

-After much speculation, we know that Overwatch 2 is officially real game We don't know when it'coming, but we know it's in development and we can look forward to several months of newshints, and leaks about all the new content that will be included in this sequel to Blizzard's hit hero shoo+The latest tank addition to [[https://overwatch2Base.com|Overwatch 2 patch notes]] 2 , Hazard is a large and potent force of nature, with his (relative) mobility combined with his sheer power from close and medium rangeHis mechanics and slew of abilities give him a vibe that'something of a Winston and Doomfist fusionwith a bit of SigmaGenji and even Mei (Jagged Wall being the key similari

-There’no reason to sunset Overwatch before Overwatch 2. I get if we’re eight years down the line and Blizzard is like, "Heyfolks. Had good runBut nobody’s using these servers and we need them for all the HR reports Bobby Kotick has buried ." But by killing Overwatch, Blizzard is saying, "We already got your money, so you’ll play the new game or nothing at all."+
+Given Blizzard'history with level editors in the past, it would make sense to see some sort of level creation tool for Overwatch 2 introducedOf course, it'd be tough to flesh out the details with all of the assets and intricacies involved in building a functional 3D spacebut surely some sort of basic toolkit to create smaller battle arenas could be implemen
 +
+Overwatch 2 is strange game to reviewIt’s a free-to-play live-service experience that depends on a consistent audience to find games and progress through its battle passAs you might have already guessedthere were only so many games journalists in the world to populate its servers as we rocketed towards the embargo. Thus I am left in a bit of a pickle.

-And yet, I remain hopeful. I’ve never been accused of being an optimist, but I think Overwatch 2 has a potential that the original was never going to realize. There’s plenty to criticize about [[https://overwatch2base.com/|Overwatch 2 competitive guide]] 2but there’s also some things we can appreciate. Four or five years down the road, we may just find Overwatch 2 in a better position than Overwatch was ever going to be inBlizzard has done a horrendous job marketing and championing this game, but allow me to take stab at it: I think Overwatch 2 is a better gameand the things we hate are going to end up being necessary evils that ensure it stays alive and healthy for many years to c+Many of these characters are made to be particularly recognizablespecifically with their either brightly colored or natural red hairDue to such design, it becomes particularly challenging to forget some of the best redheads in video game histo

-Even when (mostly) paying people back for their purchases on StadiaGoogle is still showing it barely cares about its users. Not every game will allow saves to transfer. Hellsome games specifically designed for Stadia are now in limbo. Quick reminder - the people on the ground making these games are often creative folks who just want to bring something nice to the world. I’m not criticizing the engineers who made Stadia work or the artists and designers who make Overwatch look and play brilliantlyThey deserve praise and probably better pay. Whichagainis funny considering these are all greedy companies sucking in dollar bills.+
+If players want to be an utter nuisance to the enemy teamlook to Wrecking Balla cheeky hamster in a mechanical ball that can roll around the battlefield, distracting enemies, and harboring a large pool of health and shield thanks to the Adaptive Shield ability, which grows his health pool depending on the threat of enemies that are around him. Wrecking Ball is a great choice, and easily distracts foes, but he is going to require practice and a skilled hand, as players can easily leave their team without a tank due to one unfortunate mist

+The leader of Null Sector, Ramattra will show the world his brutality through his many abilitiesRamattra has a Void Accelerator as his main form of attack, which fires a stream of projectiles, like a weaker version of Orisa's turretHe can also throw up Void Barriers to shield himself and alliesand his Ravenous Vortex will make sure enemies can't stay behind one place for coveras their health will be eaten

-During Blizzcon of 2019the Overwatch 2 announcement trailer features a clip of Paris being attacked by Null Sector'forcesThis attack is presumably the beginning of the story of Overwatch 2where the heroes once more come together to defend the world from the forces of Talon and Null Sect+As we all knowBlizzard is owned by Activision. And if there'any company that loves putting out sequel after sequel, it's ActivisionWe still get a new Call Of Duty game every single year, which is insane since that means we're going on 16 years straight of COD sequels. But that method hasn't worked for other games. This strategy almost killed the Tony Hawk franchise and did kill the Guitar Hero franchise. In factit pretty much snuffed out the entire plastic instrument sub-genre of rhythm ga
